Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS) Control
Intent
It is the intent of this policy to prevent exposure of building occupants, indoor surfaces, and systems to environmental tobacco smoke.
Policy
Our buildings are smoke-free environments. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of commercial buildings, including but not limited to, corridors, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, eating areas, washrooms and restrooms, and outdoor areas within four metres of an intake for a building ventilation system, an open window, or an entrance to a tenant suite.
