East Port Properties Announces Ownership Changes
Judy Wall and Alison MacKinnon Assume Full Ownership of East Port Properties Limited
03 May 2017, Dartmouth, NS – John Lindsay is pleased to announce that business partners Judy Wall and Alison MacKinnon have taken over full ownership of East Port Properties Limited.
Judy Wall has been named President, and Alison MacKinnon, Chief Financial Officer. John Lindsay has moved into the role of Chairman.

Judy Wall brings over 30 years in the real estate industry to her new role. Since starting with the Lindsay family at Purdy’s Wharf in Halifax, she has developed, leased, and managed more than three million square feet of first-class office and industrial buildings. Over the past five years she has led the design and construction of the newest building at the Bluefrog Business Campus in Dartmouth, NS, the first new office building in St. Johns in 25 years – 351 Water Street, and led the development and leasing of a 250,000-square-foot industrial campus in Mount Pearl – the Beclin Business Park. All of these developments have now been LEED® Certified, with 351 Water Street achieving Gold Certification.
Alison MacKinnon has managed the financial requirements of first-class real estate portfolios for some of Canada’s largest pension funds over the past 25 years. In her new role as CFO, she is responsible for the financial management and accounting requirements at both property management and corporate levels for over two million square feet of office and industrial portfolios.
