Preventive HVAC Maintenance


To ensure that all equipment is functioning as intended and to identify potential issues before they become major problems – prevention of environmental issues such as mould and poor indoor air quality; ensures that all equipment is operating optimally as intended and not wasting energy or decreasing the lifespan of the equipment; prevention of possible HVAC problems that may disrupt the comfort of the tenants or their businesses.


The scope of this plan is to provide efficient operation of HVAC equipment through a Preventative Maintenance plan.


We recommend regular quarterly inspections on HVAC units by qualified contractors to review belts, filters, oil, and any refrigeration gases in order to verify optimal operation of the equipment, and to correct any inefficiencies before equipment failure. We also recommend that scheduling of the equipment run times be reviewed regularly to ensure that it continues to meet the staff working and business hour schedules.
